Hazardous Materials Operations teaches responders how to analyse, plan, and implement performance-defensive responses to hazardous materials (HAZMAT) accidents.
The training covers topics such as identifying hazardous materials containers, sources of hazardous materials response information, types of hazardous materials, properties of hazardous materials, hazardous material behaviours, hazardous materials response planning, responding to a hazardous materials incident, donning and doffing personal protective equipment, decontamination operations, and product control techniques.
