PHILIPPINE EMS TRAINING and ASSESSMENT CENTER INCORPORATED (PEMSTAC) is an established EMS-FIRE-RESCUE Training provider in the Philippines. The Company is “100% Filipino” owned with diverse expertise in the field of Emergency Response.
The Company’s objective is to empower the Filipino Emergency Responders using “International Standard” of practice that will make them “Locally and Globally” competitive in the said field.
We aim to provide the acceptable standard of trainings and continuous education affordable to every Filipino that is “Internationally Recognized” using the United States of America – National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) curriculum.
PEMSTAC’s founder is a US-NREMT registered Paramedic, a graduate of the National Medical Education & Training Center (NMETC) that holds Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) accredited for their Paramedic Program in the United States of America.

We cater to clients that are in the sector of government, rescue volunteer groups, private sector, health care provider as well as medical schools.
Mission
To prepare our students to be competent, knowledgeable and caring pre-hospital emergency providers through high quality EMS, FIRE and RESCUE education to be led by the qualified and experienced instructors. And assist in developing a pre-hospital care system, acceptable to international standards.
